Stephen D. Tinkham: Steve has 20 years in accounting & finance based executive search.  Prior to Parker Stephens, LLC, he spent 8 years with an energy focused executive recruiting firm in downtown Houston.  He joined the company in 2004 as General Manager over the back office professional services arm and later served as Practice Manager over the energy middle and back office search practices.  Steve began his career in recruiting and professional services with a firm in west Houston’s Energy Corridor in 1997.  In 2001, he moved into the role of Business Development Manager for the company’s professional services division.  Steve received his Bachelor’s degree from Stephen F. Austin State University.
